Ilit Raz is the CEO and founder of Joonko, the ultimate automated diversity recruiting software solution. She comes with over 18 years of experience working in various product management and team management roles in tech startups and 7 years in the highly regarded IDF intelligence unit 8200, with vast experience in NLP. She holds a Computer Science degree (Bsc.) and an Executive MBA. As a working woman in tech, usually being the only woman in the room, she experienced bias firsthand and began her journey towards workforce-related DE&I initiatives and decided to change the way people work.
