In this podcast, we interview Chaitan Baru, Senior Advisor, Data Science Research Initiatives at University of California San Diego, and formerly serving a four year rotation at the National Science Foundation (NSF) where he helped with a number of initiatives including the Big Data program and Data Science-related activities.
