Joe’s mum has just re-connected with an old friend of hers, whom Joe is very keen to tell David about. It turns out she was as Bond Girl in the 80’s, appearing alongside Roger Moore in a very famous scene involving a magnetic watch. So for the first half of the episode there’s a lot of chat about that and Bond films in general. Then Joe remembers they were going to book David a flight to Jersey so he could visit the old cricket ground there where he scored a half century.
