The Truro Murders case is one of Australia's most chilling serial murder investigations.  It involves the deaths of seven young women in South Australia during the mid-1970s. The primary perpetrators were Christopher Robin Worrell and James William Miller, whose actions and subsequent trial have left a lasting impact on the Australian criminal landscape.
