THE DOOMED & STONED SHOW "Do you want me to die?" snarls the Crusader en route to Jerusalem on a vessel of conquest. The setting: Valhalla Rising, the 2009 film by Nicolas Winding Refn. One Eye (Mads Mikkelsen) stares in silence as a blood red mist pours in over the purgatorial sea.
