Endie Fiya: LIVE with Writer, Radio Host, & Speaker ~ Rosalyn L.

Rosalyn L was born in the Bronx, NY.  As the youngest of five, and the only girl, she experienced the hard knock life of watching her mom holding a family down. Her older sibling was shot by NYPD and another was incarcerated.  Her mom made sure her youngest child was in church and governd with love. Later, Rosalyn attended Dodge Vocational HS. During high school, she found her passion for writing and teaching. She later did  video modeling, that was short lived, but she learned the business and decided she could use her pen and her knowledge of promoting to help others. She later started doing intern work while at an online station and later became their publicist. As she worked, she learned and was allowed to write blogs for the station. She also did pitches to other publicist and those in media about the radio station. Rosalyn L later got her start with two Hip Hop magazines and did press interviews for them. Although she was growing in her craft, she had hardships financially and personally. Having a failed marriage and almost losing her youngest child, she later found out her mother was dying of cancer. She continued to write and assist on radio jobs and remained a good writer on assignments. She managed to write and to balance her life all while dealing with depression. Today she is a radio host on Words of Advice on two stations and a writer for a handful of online sites dealing in Lifestyle and Culture. Through her speaking and writing, Rosalyn L helps those become better and accountable for their lives and their choices..
