Stephanie Jeannot has been seething with music ever since she was a little girl. When sound comes tumbling out her mouth, you feel the energy of a woman in control of the mood, nuance and lyric. She has been compared to Ledisi, Jill Scott, Ella Fitzgerald, Alicia Keys and Sarah Vaughan but has her own style in her own right. Jeannot became an international artist when completing a 10-city music tour in Russia in 2016 when she had the opportunity to sing at the Wilson Jazz Festival in Kransodar, at the Kazan Philharmonic Hall, and at the 2017 Jazz at the Lake Festival in Minsk and at the 2017 Arkhangelsk Jazz Festival.  Also a writer, several of her original musical works as well as literary works can be found at online stores which include Amazon, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.  Jeannot was a featured performer at the 2018 Dr Mary Umolu Jazzy Jazz Festival at Medgar Evers College, the 2018 Fort Greene Park Winter Jazz Festival, the 2018 Lady Got Chops Festival; she was the main act at the 2018 Flatbush Frolic in Brooklyn, NY and was the MC of the 2018 International Women in Jazz Festival.
