Louisiana native, ASIA, unintentionally burst onto the music scene in 2017, when she stole the show as an opening act at a Southern Soul concert in Gloster, Mississippi. The overwhelming response of the crowd, who threw money at her during her show, prompted her to really consider pursuing her deterred childhood dream to be an entertainer. In 2019, after settling into her new home state of Florida, ASIA decided she would devote her focus to pursuing her passions for singing/songwriting & acting. Since that decision earlier this year, ASIA has been cast in the Short Film, ‘Misguided Reasons’, the Musical, ‘Sister Act’ & released her debut EP: ‘Sucka 4 Love’ in July, 2019. Though she’s known as “TheBayouBeauty” she’s also got a beautiful mind for business. ASIA not only founded, owns, and operates her own Production & Publishing Company, but she is also a former Radio Host, a certified ServSafe Proctor, a Licensed Realtor, & a Licensed Nail Tech and owner of the mobile salon, “The Bayou Beauty’s Boutique”. With such business savvy, those electric LIVE performances, & that iconic voice: ASIA is an Artist who is definitely here to stay!
