Welcome to The Farm Interview with Shirley May & Tracy Porter Endurance Horse Podcast  Hosted by Christina Hyke Created March 19th, 2020 I know it is a challenging Spring for those in North America, and for all of us across the world. Though I'd like to wish you all a Happy Spring,   it is my hope that we can brighten your first day of spring! So the best laid plans of mice & men…… Episode 36 of Endurance Horse Podcast was to be on Ride Management, though the recent world health concerns put a damper on my plans to travel around getting several interviews with Ride Managers.   I was able to do a few interviews, and just so happened to interview a few friends before the pandemic restricted all the movements and gatherings.   In Episode 36 we will hear from two great horsewomen, mother and daughter, Shirley May and Tracy Porter.   We chat about how both of them got into horses, a bit about horse training and yes a little about endurance.  Shirley and Tracy operate a 120 acre boarding facility in Milton, Wisconsin   It is my hope that you enjoy this episode getting to know this midwest horse trainer and her mother.  And I hope it helps to take your mind away from current events, even if only for a few minutes.  Shirley May Wisconsin, USA The Farm   Tracy Porter Wisconsin, USA Clinician & Horse Training   John Lyons Lyons Legacy    Christina Hyke Wisconsin, USA          Creator of Endurance Horse Podcast         Happy Spring 2020!   To share your story on Endurance Horse Podcast, email an audio file to: [email protected] WARHORSE  Endurance Horse Podcast  Join the Group on Facebook      Christina Hyke, creator of Endurance Horse Podcast, lives in southern Wisconsin with her sweet husband, Jim.   Chris is an equine & pet photographer, and Ride Manager of WARHORSE Endurance.  She has always loved the trails and spent every moment she could riding since before she could walk.   It was the love of covering miles through beautiful territory on good horses that inspired her to create a podcast about it to share stories with other riders from around the world.  Cheers & Happy Trails! www.christinahyke.com
