This weekend we celebrate the men in our life, affectionately known as "Dad". And our host Sinéad O'Moore is joined by our first dad on everymum the podcast, Keith Walsh. Keith is a broadcaster, writer, podcaster, Dad of two and mental health advocate as he shares the very many benefits he has experienced as a man and father since starting therapy. In this episode Keith shares his own arrival into fatherhood and how it took a while to figure out his new role. How therapy thought him to show vulnerability and pass on essential life skills to his kids about what to do if you don't feel ok. And about his own upbringing and experiences of domestic violence as a child and how as Dad's, things we push down can often come back up to the surface once our children come in to our lives.
