Not one, not two but three healthy baby boys.

Just three weeks ago, Ali Dee joined a very small club of women in Ireland who have given birth to triplets and in this episode she take us through her extra special pregnancy, unexpected labour and life as a mum with 3 premature babies in the NICU.

From laughing out loud as she heard that there was not 1, not 2 but 3 heartbeats to having her tears dried in theatre by the most incredible team of midwives, Ali has taken each stage in her stride while leaning on family, friends, the staff in Holles Street and most of all her new support group – other triplet mums.

With daughter Georgia now a big sister to Bruce, Lenny and Ted, Ali and Chris having gone from parents of 1 to 4 overnight.

And in this episode we celebrate that it’s ok to be scared, it’s ok to be overwhelmed, it’s ok to cry, rant and worry.

But that at the end of the day, there is a village of support there for every mum and it’s ok to ask for help.

And as learn that the triplets were born on a very special date following a miscarriage late last year, this episode is here to remind us all that sometimes there is very little we can control when it comes to motherhood, except taking care of our own wellbeing, finding new levels of strength we never knew we had and a tribe of support.
