Episode 619- Amanda Knox and Christopher Robinson are a First Class Couple.  Amanda spent almost four years in an Italian prison following her wrongful conviction for the 2007 murder of her roommate Meredith Kercher.  She became the subject of a worldwide media firestorm and her story was told through multiple documentaries, books and films.  Amanda was definitively acquitted by the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation in 2015.  She currently hosts a podcast called, LABYRINTHS, with her husband Christopher Robinson.  Christopher Robinson is an author who is a Boston University and Hunter College MFA graduate, a MacDowell Colony fellow, Yaddo fellow, and a Yale Younger Poets Prize finalist. In this Episode, Chris and Amanda share their parenting journey which includes a one year old daughter.  Amanda discusses how all of her experiences have impacted her as a young mother.  She describes her relationship with her Dad before, during and after her murder trials.  She also talks about her relationship with Chris’s parents and family.  Chris discusses how he met Amanda and how they fell in love.  He describes how he and Amanda plan on telling their daughter about Amanda’s traumatic past.  He talks about how becoming a dad has changed him as a writer and poet.  Together, they tell us their plans for the future and if that includes more children.
