In this latest episode Pamela speaks to Jen Crawford of Doulacare Ireland.  Jen has immersed herself in motherhood with her own three children, as an ante natal educator, breastfeeding counselor and a doula. Jen shares with me her motherhood journey with her three smallies, from the differences between their births, feeding and to finding a work life balance. Jen is best described as a ray of sunshine, she brought positivity to even the most difficult of challenges she was faced with when her daughter Kayla was born with a cleft palate.  Jen had breastfed her two boys and had planned to feed with Kayla but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Determined, Jen began to express milk for Kayla and continues to pump exclusively to this day over a year after she was born.
