From altering the krautrock landscape to inspiring those across the Atlantic who changed the face of electronic music forever, there are few true 'icons' in the history of music, Kraftwerk are those who can ascend that title. Formed in 1970, the Düsseldorf pioneers were early on the uptake of new technology, and rewrote the rulebooks for what a 'band' could be. Anyone with more than a passing interest in the robotic German experimentalists will know that our Øhm Sweet Øhm is a fan, so it is fitting that his latest Soup see's him splashing headfirst into one of music's most momentous back catalogues.
