Israel’s joy, is directly connected to the promise of YeHoVaH, that following seed time, will be harvest - Israel’s needs according to law will be meet. Furthermore, Israel rejoices in hope and expectation, that by virtue of them keeping the law of YeHoVaH, the creator of heaven and earth, will command both heaven and earth to open up their treasures to his people, by giving them the opportunity to return back before him filled with joy willing to give a first fruit of what he gave them.
