We have recorded this week's episode especially for us to mark Children's Mental Health Week (7-13 February 2022).  In this episode, Claire & Alina speak to Jaime Thurston, founder of 52 Lives, the charity that aims of change a life every week of the year with the help of almost 100,000 kind strangers. Jaime has created a global movement of people who come together each week to spread kindness and change lives.
