This week's episode sees Claire & Alina speak to Tanya Candy & Caroline Desmarais, co-founders of Mothersphere. They discuss the incredible platform Tanya and Caroline have created, how it helps connect mothers around the world and why it has taken on such importance during the lockdown.  We know mums are often guilty of putting themselves last and prioritising everyone but themselves, but having both faced significant adversity during their parenting journey, Tanya and Caroline and their advocacy of self care are a huge breath of fresh air.  They also discuss the book they have co-authored in partnership with UN Women UK, which will be released later this year.
