The Mermaid, The Manatee and The Giant

A girl goes for a walk with her parents and finds a lake, which a giant is sipping up with a straw. The girl becomes friends with a mermaid and manatee in the lake. Later, the girl figures out how to make the mermaid small, and the mermaid comes to live with the girl in a fish tank.
