Ep59: Renee, Honor & Hunter - Fertility Journey, Large baby, 3C Tear, Long Natural Conception, Induction

Kiwi Birth Tales - Un pódcast de Jordyn Kayes

In Episode 59 of Kiwi Birth Tales I speak with Renee Ball about the birth of her two children - Honor and Hunter. Renee takes us through her journey to first pregnancy which was longer than they anticipated, at a young age. When they did fall pregnant Renee ended up giving birth to Honor at over 10lbs resulting in a 3C tear in which the doctor told her she would need a CSection if she was to have another baby. Renee and her Husband knew they wanted to have another baby and because their first journey had been a long one they decided to start trying again within a year of having Honor however after years of not falling pregnant they went down the path of IVF. Renee fell pregnant naturally with Hunter before starting their IVF treatment and was monitored for another large baby. Renee ended up being induced as they were concerned for babies size if he went to full term and Renee takes us through her induction experience, the journey as a mum of two and how she is adapting. Thanks so much for joining me on the podcast Renee! Renee owns The Lactation Station which she also talks through in her episode if you’d like to check them out head to the_lactation_station on Instagram. Thanks for listening!@Kiwibirthtales@Yourbirthproject Hosted on Acast.
