Amusement park disasters often end in death, urban legends, or a mix of both. Even after all the carnage and terror from these grim tales, safety regulations have only come so far, and people still line up in droves to catch a cheap thrill on a rickety roller coaster. Theme parks continue to kill about 4 people annually, while most of the deaths could've easily been prevented.
