On the back of a government shutdown a quarter of a million federal workers, including air traffic controllers, haven’t been paid since the start of October. And now they're calling in sick forcing the Federal Aviation Authority to scale back operations. Travel journalist Simon Calder is with us now to explain what it means for travellers.
