Many women have these wonderful ideas about how they will be as a parent. But oftentimes, once they become parents, they become lost in doing and being everything for the child and don’t take the time to fill their own cup.  In the United States especially, mothers are expected to give every ounce of their being to their children and to bounce back without adequate support after having a baby.
