What an amazing Season 1 of Introverts Inspire - I have had so much fun chatting to incredible guests and a big thank you to you the listener - tuning in every week and giving me feedback.  What a journey this has been.

I wanted to end this season by recapping on all the evidence of what can happen and what is possible when you decided there will be no more hiding.  

In this episode I share a little bit about myself and the hiding that I have done in the past - I have been hiding most of my life and we get good at hiding don’t we.  But there is the chance to come out from the shadows and step into your spotlight - just as I have done and just as I help others to do that too.
