Memorable Quote “Doing the thing is the biggest antidote to imposter syndrome, right? Because imposter syndrome is anxiety and anxiety just wants us to stand still. Anxiety wants us to do nothing. That loud voice in my head is screaming, you're an imposter, you're an imposter, you're an imposter, but you know what? I put some paint on a canvas today. I ran today. I practice my oboe today. I surfed today. I filled out my own application for uni today. I did those things today. It doesn't untangle, it doesn't make imposter syndrome go away, but every time you take a concrete action, its grip on you gets a little bit less. And that's a very cool thing.” – Dr Matt Zakreski Resources Dr Matt Zakreski Dr Matt Zakreski Bio Psychologist, Gifted Expert, International Speaker Matthew Zakreski, PsyD is a high energy, creative clinician who utilizes an eclectic approach to meet the specific needs of his clients.
