An Under-5 Vaccine Decision Framework

Last week, the first kids under 5 were vaccinated against COVID. Not surprisingly, I have followed this closely. Today I'm going to try to step back and give people a framework for understanding why and how the vaccines work. My focus in this post is not on convincing people to vaccinate.
