047: Parenting Q&A with Alyson Schafer

Q1. 5&7 yo refuse to go upstairs to bed when it’s 8:30 bedtime.  Q2. Son says “I am dumb” or “I am stupid” when he makes a mistake Q3. 9 yo daughter says she is not good enough and is a perfectionist Q4. My child has broken my trust and now I find myself ( wrongly) going through their room to “catch them in a lie”.   Q5. 14yo daughter used to love camp, couldn’t go last year, now refuses to go this year.
