Oye, Hormiguita. Read Aloud Book for Kids in Spanish with a rhyme and a moral. Children's book video

Piwi and Oli - Un pódcast de Jorge Olson

This kid's book “Oye, Hormiguita” or "Hey, Little Ant" is read in Spanish, perfect for bilingual kids or for young children 3 to 7 years old, of kindergarten and preschool age, to learn Spanish as a second language. It's an original story of a boy and an ant who asks not to be stepped on. This children's book teaches kids empathy and I love to share books with a moral. The clever conversation in rhyme between the boy and the ant are a metaphor for accepting differences in others. The children's book illustrations are also amazing! It's a 5-minute long read, but after reading this book, your kids might see ants differently from now on. I also like to add classical music in the background to my videos, it helps stimulate your child's brain. Why am I recording these videos? The coronavirus has forced us all to stay home. I originally started recording these videos for my nieces and nephews, but I hope your kids enjoy them too! It's important for our kids to be bilingual! It’s been a lot of fun for me and it keeps me busy and motivated. Apologies, but I am an amateur videographer. I’m trying my best!! Subscribe to our channel to get different and fun lessons in Spanish including numbers, animals, shapes, trips to the beach, farm, garden, library, circus and much more.
