Trip to the Library with Dora the Explorer and Friends - Reading in Spanish

Piwi and Oli - Un pódcast de Jorge Olson

Kids Spanish Lessons. “Trip to the Library” video with Dora and her friend Boots teaches kids roughly ten new words related to the library in Spanish. This short three-minute video is ideal for kids to repeat and memorize new Spanish words introduced here. These are objects you would typically see in a library. We also introduce colors of objects in Spanish. It’s perfect for kids from three to five years of age. Parents can follow along and learn the words as well. The vocabulary of the videos is simple enough for kids to follow, even if they don’t speak Spanish at all or have never been exposed to any other language! My cousin has a three-year-old son, Ronyn, and she asked our family to record themselves reading a book in Spanish. The videos were originally made for him so you will hear his name throughout all the videos. It’s important for her that her son be fully bilingual! Subscribe to our channel to get different and fun lessons in Spanish including numbers, animals, trips to the beach, farm, garden, library, circus and much more. At times we might have one or two videos in English if you recommend an important topic or lesson that needs to be delivered in English. Kids will eventually find our voices familiar and friendly. The idea is that they feel confident with Oli and with me and understand what we are doing in the videos. Once they do, kids can look forward to more Spanish lessons and see them as play time, not work time. We would love to hear from you. Leave us your ideas and comments. If your kids are progressing and having fun, we would love it if you share a video with us. You can post the link, send it to us, send us the link to your post or email us the video. Thanks!
