Almost completely harmless and a little charming, we all know we're just watching this one to get to Leo in part 3. The Modern Film: The Bay (2012) "Chaos breaks out in a small Maryland town after an ecological disaster occurs” (IMDb.com). What could have been bog-standard found-footage terror, Barry Levinson's eco-horror surprised us with some clever twists on a tired presentation.
