39. Is This Normal Teen Behavior?

When I’m coaching the parents of the teens I work with, one of the questions I get asked over and over again is, “Is this normal teen behavior?”  Parents are seeing their teen doing something and they don’t know if they should intervene or when to chalk it up to “normal” adolescent behavior.
