44. The Teen Mental Health Crisis

In 2019 the American Academy of Pediatrics announced that mental health disorders had surpassed physical conditions as the main source of impairment and limitation among adolescents.  And this is BEFORE the pandemic.   Our teens are in crisis.  In this episode, I’ll be talking about the cause of declining mental health - it’s not what you may be thinking!
