TikTok is back in the United States after a brief 14 hours offline, courtesy of incoming-President Donald Trump. The President-elect assured the platform that he will delay the implementation of a law requiring it to either sell to a US owner or be banned. Mr Trump says the extension will allow for new negotiations with TikTok owner ByteDance.
