In this episode we again go inside Seller Support and discuss the ongoing changes. Today we cover negative feedback removal, a new “Inbound Performance” dashboard that is currently in beta but is used to manage inventory work flow much better. Changes to defaults in shipping templates which could catch some sellers blind sided.
