Why Am I Talking To Myself...? Oh for LLC Minutes 🙄

So, as part of the LLC I need to take meeting minutes as if I am a huge company. Well... I'm not. In fact I'm ONE person and so I'd just be talking to myself. However it's apparently an important thing to do because if you're not acting like an LLC and you're acting like a sole proprietor, then if a problem arises the courts could "pierce the corporate veil" and sue me personally instead of the record label... which is the whole purpose of the label!
