Phil is just one of those guys you meet and feel like you've known him for years. He's so easy to talk to. This is another fun conversation with him, as we talk about his career, a failed audition for a major band, some fun KISS stories, his thoughts on Saigon Kick  and tons more.  His latest project is called Panic Boom.
