Jacob Heppner is trading in a barbell for a pair of boxing gloves. Earlier this year the five-time CrossFit Games athlete decided to retire from competing in the sport of fitness. Now he is getting set to compete inside a ring. Heppner will be facing Josh Bridges in a boxing match this September. He talks to Sean and Tommy about his decision to retire from CrossFit, why he agreed to trade punches with Bridges and how he is currently preparing for the match.
