We had been planning a workshop together that we had to cancel and when we met to discuss it back in January 2020 he told me his life story. I knew then I had to get him on the podcast and share it with you all. After completing 200 hours of training at Durga’s Tiger School of Tantra, Yoga and Shamanism in Ecuador in 2018, he set up The Whole Co, a company incorporating all knowledge and experience of living well, to provide services to suit all people in all lifestyles. Eddie has lead workshops and retreats across the UK and in Ibiza, alongside offering regular yoga classes in Sussex.
