Welcome back to another episode of "The Art of Slowing Down"! I'm your host, Analena, and I am so excited to be here with you today. Can you believe it? We've made it to Episode 100! What a journey it has been. When I first started this podcast a year and a half ago, my intention was to release episodes biweekly to avoid overwhelming myself. But you know what? I ended up releasing episodes every single week, and sometimes even two in a week! I just couldn't help myself. The magic and power of consistency drew me in. But here's the thing, my friends. I've learned a lot along the way. I've learned that it's important to listen to our bodies and do what feels good and aligned. We must not push ourselves too much. And while I value commitment and follow-through, I also know that overcommitting and overpromising can lead to unncessesary plateaus and burnout. So, in this milestone episode, I want to talk about the beauty in slowing down and finding balance. I want to share with you my journey of committing to this podcast, of embracing the power of consistency, and finding the courage to celebrate my achievements. But it hasn't always been smooth sailing. Oh no. There have been times when I felt stuck, lacking inspiration, or struggling to reach out to guests for the show. And in those moments, I allowed myself to slow down and be with those feelings. And you know what happened? The inspiration eventually found its way back to me. Whether it was a burst of creativity to record solo episodes or incredible individuals reaching out to be on the show, the flow came back. In this episode, I'll be sharing my perspective on commitments, the energy cycles we all experience, and how my own journey with human design has influenced my podcasting adventure. Plus, I have some exciting news! I am planning to expand The Art of Slowing Down to YouTube, where I also want to be sharing visual trainings on human design and even diving into celebrity chart readings. Oh, and did I mention that I want to hear from you? Yes, you! I love receiving feedback and engaging with you all. Whether it's through email or on social media, I want to know what resonates with you and what topics you'd like me to explore in future episodes. So let's slow down, celebrate, and dive into this milestone episode of "The Art of Slowing Down." Remember, my dear listeners, life gets to be easy, joyful, and abundant. And together, we'll uncover the art of slowing down and living our best lives. Let's get started!
