Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has been speaking at the Judges Conference in Sun City, in the North West that kicked off today. He has defended the judiciary against allegations of “capture”, saying he has for the past four years called for evidence, but none has come to light. He has called on members of the judiciary to put their heads together and find ways to improve the country’s legislative arm.
