Processing Miscarriage with Jocelyn MacRae from Jocelyn Coaching

In today’s episode, Shelly is joined by Jocelyn MacRae. She works with women and their support networks by helping them to navigate their emotions through miscarriage or abortion.    Despite the time difference, Shelly and Jocelyn recorded this episode to share with you the importance of having the right support system if you have a miscarriage or abortion. No one has to be alone. Aside from that, Jocelyn shares how her two angels, Charlotte and Oaklyn, guided her to this field. Now, she’s helping women and families go through this part of their lives wherein grief is abundant. Also, she emphasized that support should not only be available to the mother.
