Ep 13 - Lotty's positive instrumental forceps birth

In this episode Lotty tells me about her recent birth, which changed from a planned home birth to hospital transfer and instrumental birth. Despite the changes, and prolonged labour due to a suboptimal position of baby, Lotty feels hugely positive about her birth, and utilised hypnobirthing techniques to stay calm and in control. This is a really important story to share, as instrumental birth is something a lot of pregnant people fear, but Lotty talks about why she felt calm and happy about her decisions and looks back on her birth with no regrets.
