We cultivate Counter-Racist Media Literacy by scrutinizing journalists' word choices and using logic to deconstruct what is reported as "news." We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of terms as tools to reveal truth, neutralize Racists/White people. #ANTIBLACKNESS This week in Wisconsin, 15-year-old White female Natalie Rupnow opened fired at the Abundant Life school and killed one teacher and one student. She reportedly shot herself. Predictably, Rupnow is a Columbine "fangirl" who cosplayed as Eric Harris while skeet shooting in Wisconsin. Importantly, a White Man in Carlsbad, California is being investigated for communicating with Rupnow and plotting his own terrorist attack with improvised explosive devices. We'll also discuss the FDA's consideration of prohibiting Red dye No. 3. We've discussed food toxins like this and high fructose corn syrup on previous C.O.W.S. programs.
