The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 01/03/25. This is our debut labor forum of the new calendar year. We'll be mindful to ask how folks have conducted themselves during the finale of the holiday season. However, the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday is looming, and the tackiness will resume. We'll see if non-white listeners work jobs that provide end of year "bonuses" - actual cash as opposed to a satchel of roasted peanuts or a half dozen day-old bagels. A large number of White workers hold posh private jobs where they receive bloated end of year payouts - that may or not be legal. We'll also discuss the ongoing investigation into former New York City Police Chief Jeffrey Maddrey - who's accused of using his NYPD position of power to solicit sexual favors from a female subordinate.
