Tom Wingfield is Professor of Cyberspace law at the National Defense University, and one of the authors of the Tallin manual, an academic study of how international law applies to cyber conflicts and cyber warfare. We interviewed Tom Wingfield back in October, on location at the 2016 ASUA meeting in Washington DC.
