It’s the final episode of the first series! But don’t worry, we’ll be back in 2 weeks. In this episode, Laura and Dave look back on the journey so far and answer the questions you have sent in. Questions like: Can you work with dream fragments if you can’t remember big narrative dreams? And how can you improve recall? Why do dream workers ask the dreamer how they felt after they woke up? Why do I wake up feeling afraid? What about dream telepathy? Can a dream have no significance? Thank you to everyone who sent in a question. If you’ve got a question or a dream you’d like to share, get in touch via the links below. In this episode: Edward Edinger, Anatomy of the Psyche: Alchemical Symbolism in Psychotherapy: “The psychological rule is: the unconscious takes the same attitude toward the ego as the ego takes toward it. If one pays friendly attention to the unconscious, it becomes helpful to the ego. Gradually the realisation dawns that a mutual opus is being performed.” CPTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) Image Rehearsal Therapy Dr Stanley Krippner: https://stanleykrippner.weebly.com/ The International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD): asdreams.org Let us know what you think, and submit a dream for us to explore on the podcast!
