This week’s episode dives into how the body can learn to be healthy. It can learn how to vibrate at the frequency it needs to in order to be healthy- healthy now, and in the future. To do this we rely on knowledge that’s over 5,000 years old, gained through studies in acupuncture, the balancing of the meridians, and energy work. Today we talk about the body on a cellular level, where everything is vibrating- right down to our cells. There’s a healthy vibrating frequency to everything; lungs, livers, lungs, skin- they all have a healthy vibration. If it’s not vibrating there, it’s sick.
