21: Annie Graft | From 8 Surgeries In One Year To Finding Herself Through Fitness

Welcome to The Fitness Journey Podcast with your host Westley Baer. In episode #21 I had the pleasure of speaking with Annie Graft. Annie Graft is a true example of the term Grit. Fitness was always a part of her life even at a young age, which led her towards her gymnastics career. Training 4 hours a day, having the strength to endure the pain, pushing herself through mental barriers and consistently showing up every day. You might ask... Who is this that you speak of? That person is Annie Graft and in this episode, she shares her story of how she found herself through fitness. Annie is a true inspiration to many, she went through 8 surgeries in one year, continued to push herself to remain a champion in her own mind. Annie attended the Air Force Academy while also training every day for her gymnastics career. After college, she became involved in a networking marketing business (Arbonne) which changed her life forever. Annie has a goal of becoming an author and hopes to have a book released in 2019.Anyone that may be going through pain, struggles or tragedy just know one thing.
