Today on the Tech Bytes podcast we get into AIOps with sponsor Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. Aruba is announcing new capabilities in its Aruba Central platform that leverage machine learning to do things like provide insights into clients on the network, recommend firmware for the best AP performance, and enable natural language queries in languages other than English. Aruba Central is the focus for cloud-hosted software and now AI Ops can leverage the data to deliver a new way of operating the network. As networks get more complex and there is only one network of WiFi, Campus and the WAN we need better ways to configure and operate. Visibility and orchestration means we are ready for software to help us with everyday tasks. Natural Language Queries in Spanish and Client Insights are two of latest features to be rolled out. Best Quote: 10% of TAC time is spent making firmware recommendations for customers. Now AIOPs saves time for customers and improves tech support.  Aruba’s AIOps announcement on July 26th: https://news.arubanetworks.com/news-release-details/2022/Aruba-Helps-Network-Teams-Overcome-Scarce-Staff-Resources-with-First-AIOps-Solution-that-Combines-Network-and-Security-Insights-for-Improved-IT-Efficiency/default.aspx Link: Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) | Aruba – https://www.arubanetworks.com/solutions/aiops/
