HOSTS: BRETT STILLO AND JOSH HOROWITZ FROM 5 MINUTES OF BANZAIRoger is explaining to the mysterious blonde woman why honest women frighten him.“I don’t know, but somehow they seem to put me at a disadvantage,” says Roger.“Because you’re not honest with them?” asks the woman.“Exactly,” says Roger.“Like that business about the seven parking tickets?” asks the woman.“What I mean is,” says Roger, “the moment I meet an attractive woman, I have to start pretending I have no desire to make love to her.”“What makes you think you have to conceal it?” asks the woman.“She might find the idea objectionable,” replies Roger.“Then again, she might not,” counters the woman. She takes a sip of her coffee.“Think how lucky I am to be seated here,” says Roger, sipping his Gibson.“Luck had nothing to do with it,” replies the woman. “Fate?” asks Roger. The woman shakes her head. “I tipped the steward five dollars to seat you here, if you should come in,” she says. They both smile.“Is that a proposition?” asks Roger.“I never discuss ‘love’ on an empty stomach,” says the woman. “You’ve already eaten,” replies Roger.“But you haven’t,” says the woman. The waiter arrives with Roger’s trout.
