Susan Rose is a Certified YogaKids Teacher, and an E-500 and RCYT through Yoga Alliance. She has taught dance, gymnastics and yoga to children for over 40 years. She has an MA in Physical Education and taught PE for 17 years. Susan has wonderful insight into how and why PE teachers can integrate yoga into their classes.
